"Pretty much what I expected from customer service"
I ordered from Prism Boutique and ended up needing to reach out about my shipment. i already had a feeling the response might be slow, and yeah, that’s basically what happened. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt longer than it should’ve. To be fair, the answer was helpful once they finally replied, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly. Just kind of confirmed what I expected: customer service is okay, but not especially fast or impressive.

"I’m still waiting on my order..."
I’m still waiting on my order and haven’t gotten any updates yet... starting to feel frustrating.

"The styles felt kind of the same"
I was hoping for a bit more variety, but a lot of the styles felt kind of the same to me. Not bad, just not very unique, you know?

"Sizing info on the site was confusing"
I ordered my usual size because the website made it seem like that would be the right fit, but when it arrived it was way smaller than expected. The fit was just kind of tiny and awkward, so I was confused since the sizing info said one thing and the actual item felt totally different.

"Return Took Way Longer Than It Should Have"
The exchange did eventually go through, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process was slower than I expected. What annoyed me most was how their return policy seems to have all these little loopholes that make it easy for things to drag out. I had to wait longer than I should’ve for a reply, and it felt like they were leaning on the fine print instead of just helping me get it sorted quickly.

"Cute in the photos, not worth the price"
I ordered a top from Prism Boutique because it looked really cute online, but when it showed up I was disappointed, the fabric felt thin and cheap, the stitching around the hem was uneven, and it just did not have that nice polished look I thought I was getting from the photos.
After I washed it once, it stretched out and started looking faded, so maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price I expected way better quality and I probably would not order from them again.
